This page explains where we deliver, what delivery costs and how long it takes. The same terms apply on every product page and at checkout.
Delivery cost
Delivery is a flat $320 per container to any address in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no extra charges for distance, residential addresses or tilt-bed delivery.
Where we deliver
- Online orders: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
- Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: not available through online checkout. Contact us at sales@bluerockcontainers.com and we will tell you whether we can arrange delivery and what it would cost.
- We do not ship outside the United States.
Delivery time
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared. Transit then takes about 4–5 business days, so most deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days of payment clearing. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: distance, carrier scheduling, weather, holidays and site access can change it. We confirm the delivery date with you by phone or email before dispatch.
How containers are delivered
Containers are delivered on a flatbed or tilt-bed truck. The driver places the container at the spot you choose, provided the truck can reach it safely. Custom-built and modified containers may need a different vehicle; we will confirm this before delivery.
Preparing your site
- A clear access route at least 14 feet wide.
- At least 16 feet of overhead clearance (power lines, branches, gateways).
- Level, firm and dry ground, such as gravel, concrete or compacted soil.
- Room for the truck to turn: allow a turning radius of about 45–50 feet.
- Any local permits needed for placing a container. These are the customer’s responsibility.
If the driver cannot deliver safely because the site is not ready, we will contact you to arrange another date.
On delivery day
Please inspect the container before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, write it on the receipt, take photos and tell us within 48 hours. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for what happens next.
