These terms apply to every order placed on bluerockcontainers.com with Bluerock Containers LLC, trading as Blue Rock Containers, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email after payment has cleared. We may decline an order, for example if a container is no longer available or a price was shown in error; in that case we refund any payment in full.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe each container’s size, condition and features as accurately as we can. Used containers show normal signs of use such as dents, scratches and surface rust, as described on the product page and in our Buyer’s Guide.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Delivery is charged as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Payment terms are in our Payment Policy.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for providing safe access and a suitable site and for obtaining any permits. If delivery cannot be completed because the site is not ready, we will agree a new date with you.
5. Ownership and risk
Risk passes to you when the container is placed at your site. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.

7. Use of containers
Shipping containers are not designed for human habitation unless they have been converted for that purpose and approved under your local building rules. You are responsible for using the container safely and lawfully.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law. Otherwise, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
