Every container we sell is covered against structural defects for the period below, counted from the delivery date.

Each product page states whether the container is new or used.
What is covered
- Structural defects in the steel, frame, roof, walls and floor.
- Cracked or failed welds.
- Door seals and gaskets that fail so the container is no longer wind and watertight.
- Doors and locking bars that do not operate.
- On working refrigerated containers, faults in the refrigeration unit.
What is not covered
- The refrigeration unit on containers sold as non-working.
- Cosmetic surface rust, dents, scratches or paint fading.
- Damage caused by uneven or unsuitable ground, overloading, forklift damage or other misuse.
- Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than us after delivery.
- Storms, floods, fire, vandalism or theft.
How to make a claim
- Email sales@bluerockcontainers.com within 7 days of finding the problem, with your order number, the container ID (on the door) and photos.
- We review the claim and may inspect the container, in person or from photos and video.
- If the claim is covered, we repair the container, replace it, or refund it.
